WUSA Receives Third Consecutive Proclamation from Bexar County Precinct 4

Women Unlimited International was honored to receive its third consecutive Women Unlimited Proclamation in 2026 from Commissioner Tommy Calvert and the Bexar County Precinct 4 team. This recognition reflects the organization’s ongoing commitment to empowering women, entrepreneurs, veterans, students, and future leaders while creating opportunities that strengthen communities.

A highlight of the event was the opportunity for WUSA advisory board members and interns to connect with Commissioner Tommy Calvert and hear his words of encouragement and leadership. His message emphasized the importance of education, perseverance, service, and believing in the power of one’s dreams.

The experience was especially meaningful as Commissioner Calvert personally spoke by phone with WUSA interns Ajayi Winner and David Ezichi, who joined from Nigeria, Africa. The conversation reflected the global reach of Women Unlimited and provided an inspiring moment of connection and mentorship across continents. Both interns expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to engage directly with a community leader whose encouragement motivated them to continue pursuing excellence and creating positive change. Fellow interns Trisha Hegde and Isabella Hudman also participated in this memorable experience, demonstrating the collaborative spirit and international connections that define Women Unlimited.
