About the Internship Program
The Women Unlimited Internship Program provides students and emerging professionals with hands-on experience in a nonprofit, for-profit, and small-business environment. Interns have the opportunity to contribute to real projects, work alongside organizational leadership, build professional skills, and gain experience they can carry into future careers.
Women Unlimited also works with local educational partners, including UTSA and Alamo Colleges, to connect students with experiential learning and professional development opportunities.

Areas You Can Explore
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Create content, manage social channels and support digital marketing campaigns.
Events & Community Outreach
Help plan, promote, and execute events and community initiatives.
Operations & Systems
Assist with process improvements, data tracking, and organizational
systems.
Administrative Support
Provide essential administrative support, manage scheduling, and coordinate files.
Communications & Content Creation
Write, edit, design, and produce communications materials.
Business / Nonprofit Operations
Support day-to-day operations, research, reporting, and special projects.
Accounting /
Finance
Support budgeting, financial tracking, monthly reporting, and auditing activities.
Available positions may vary by semester based on organizational needs.

SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- In-Person: Approximately 10 hours per week for roles requiring in-person participation
- Remote: Remote hours vary based on the position and responsibilities
- Worldwide Opportunities: Positions may be available to applicants regardless of location, depending on the role
